I joined DSCL in October 1985. With time, my feelings about DSCL, have evolved like that for a living, breathing and caring elder who is very dear to us.

During the period of more than 26 years of my association with DSCL, there have been many memorable events, both personally and professionally, which have touched me and my family in more ways than one.

The faith in the human capital exhibited by the organization as a whole and its communication in an effective manner to the individual concerned is a enabler beyond comparison. This trait of the organization has been a cultural part and thus very integral to its operations. This is one of the foremost reasons that people like me feel pride in working for this esteemed organization.

I joined DSCL as C.S. Trainee in the year 2008 and it was my first experience to work with a corporate. Before joining this Company there were many fears but gradually when I started to know people and got to see the congenial environment around I realized that the for the Company its not only the work or output that matters but also it values its people rather gives its employees welfare priority over everything else.Every single time when I was low, my seniors stood by me to re-energize and raise my motivation level.

The work is this Company is very systematic and organised so my learning as of work has been to achieve perfection in anything you do whether in the office or outside.

The best thing about this company is that it gives of immense space to grow professionally and also bring out the hidden talents within us which have no related to our work.

I dont think that I can get to work with any Company better than DSCL, people say it right that it is our home and all our colleagues are our family.
